Every year Christmas looks a little different. This year involves a crooked tree, a toddler, Christmas lights that don’t work, and a whole lot more pine needles. (But it’s still mine, and I’ll take every minute of it!)

You’d never know that just yards away is a highway with cars driving over 70 mph.
